Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging with tags.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
